RATES
| Regular Rates |
- As low as $200/night - book early for the best rates
- Inquire for Holiday rates
- All rates will be charged Hawaii State Tax (currently 12.416%, 13.416% as of 7/1/10)
- One-Time cleaning fee of $234.38 (includes tax) for all rentals will be assessed
- Payments accepted by personal or cashier's check or by credit card (Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover).
- Please Note: No reservation dates are placed on hold until a Rental Contract is requested. Deposits are due within 7 days after a Rental Contract is sent to Renter. Dates and Rates are not guaranteed until the rental contract is signed and the deposit is received.

- All rates subject to Hawaii State Tax (see above).
- 50% of Rental Rate is required with your reservation.
- Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Minimum 5 night stay required.
- All rates and taxes are subject to change.
- Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- No Smoking is allowed in the unit or on the lanais
- No Pets Allowed

| Deposit Policy: |
- A $500 damage deposit is required 60 days prior to arrival for renters paying by check.
- Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure.
